What is type "A" and "B" and how does it affect stress?

B21406.jpg (11109 bytes)Type "A" personality has been shown to be associated with increase in stress.[1] [2]

 Such individuals harbor an excessive amount of competitiveness, aggressiveness, and are under a sense of time urgency. A free floating anxiety is accompanied by a latent hostility. Type "B" are less susceptible to heart disease and strokes.

Search the Internet for any articles that you  find that support or contradict the type "A" personality  syndrome. Be sure to include a synopsis or brief abstract of the article, as well as to  provide the Hyperlinks.

 You may take an Online inventory such as this: Type "A" Test If you take any online inventories be sure and indicate the results and indicate whether you were type "A" or type  "B".
